Innovated weft insertion system can save 10% air consumption thanks to perfect cooperation among new style feeders, nozzles and reed.
Shedding motion
Crank shedding motion, positive cam motion, electronic dobby or electronic jacquard can selected.
Electronic Let-off and Take-up

Speed gear box is optimized, weft density can be up to 6 picks per centimeter. Warp yarn can be automatically adjusted so as to avoid stop marks and realize variable weft density.

New style double back rest mechanism
The mechanism is able to avoid the deposit and intertwist of flying so as to reduce warp breakage because of some exterior factors.
Waste selvage winding device
A slip mechanism is designed on the device to ensure waste selvage yarns with stable tension and no easy breakage, on the other hand this also solves the problem which the waste selvage yarns easily intertwist the roll on the traditional looms.
Lubrication system
Assure the working life of relative parts through the oil-bath lubrication on main positions and grease forced lubrication on general positions.
Pneumatic tucking-in device (optional)
Weft yarn is tucked in through air. The simple structure is suitable for high speed weaving.
Beating-up
Equipped with four-lever beating-up mechanism or six-lever beating-up mechanism which assures the weft insertion at high speed running.
Top and ground warp beam
The production of fabrics with different kinds of warp yarns will be possible thanks to top and ground warp beam are equipped with individual let-off servo motors.
Intelligent human-machine interface
Weaving parameters, weaving status and fault self-diagnosis can be displayed; strong functions, easy input and operation; various setting parameters can be easily stored, transferred and copied through memory card or central computer.
